Through combined careers in food, tech, and investing, Managing Partners Noramay Cadena and Shayna Harris come together to create the perfect alchemy of experience for Supply Change Capital.
Noramay – a Boeing aerospace engineer turned investor – has previously launched an early stage fund which invested in more than 20 manufacturing and supply chain companies.
Shayna has extensive executive experience at venture-backed startup Farmer’s Fridge and at Mars. She has spent her career developing sustainable food strategies in over 20 countries.
The duo met at MIT Sloan and they have over 90 investments between them.
